Masses of lovely, saucer-shaped, yellow-orange flowers bloom from early summer to first frosts, usually from June to October. Attractive to bees and butterflies. Potentilla fruticosa 'Tangerine' is an adaptable plant and can grow in almost any soil type, loamy, sandy, or clay, but prefers average, light, moist, well-drained soils in full sun or partial shade. It is resistant to frost, wind, and exposed conditions. It is also tolerant of drought and sea salt, therefore, ideal for coastal areas. It can withstand urban pollution. Generally, pest-free and disease-free. Low maintenance plant, doesn’t require pruning.
