Hydrangea paniculata 'Switch Ophelia' is a small, ultra-compact, bushy, upright, deciduous shrub with ovate, pointed, dark green leaves. It generously blooms for almost 150 days a year, from June to October. Masses of beautiful flowers grow in large panicles and change colour as they mature. They open pale green, then turn creamy white, take pink blush, and finally turn rich pink. Hydrangea paniculata 'Switch Ophelia' can grow in a wide range of soils, but prefers humus-rich, medium moisture, well-drained soils. It thrives in full sun or partial shade. Some afternoon shade is appreciated in hot summer climates. Very resistant to frost, one of the most winter hardy hydrangeas. Tolerant of urban pollution. Low maintenance plant, doesn’t require pruning. 'Switch Ophelia' Hydrangea is a stunning, long-blooming shrub, very rewarding and easy to grow. Because of its small size and super-compact habit, ideal for growing in pots and containers. Also great for beds and borders. Suitable for cottage and urban gardens.

About Us

During this time, we have developed a large stock of trees, mature evergreen shrubs, conifers, Japanese maples, cedars and olives. What sets us apart from a generic garden center is solid unwavering focus on trees and some bigger shrubs. You will find thousands of trees, hundreds of varieties and lots of experts who are working on the nursery and more than willing to help you to choose a plant for you.

What you will not find is hot tubs, garden furniture and plastic garden gnomes. In a nutshell, trees is what we know and trees is what we do, and only trees (and some shrubs to go with the trees).
