Golden Pyramidal Thuja can adapt to a wide range of soil conditions, but thrives in fertile, medium moisture, well-drained soils in full sun. It hot summers, it appreciates some afternoon shade. It should not be overcrowded because it likes good air circulation. It is resistant to frost and can withstand very low temperatures. It doesn’t have major pest or disease problems.
