Dogwood 'Eddie's White Wonder' is a small, rounded, capriciously growing, deciduous tree with tiered, semi-weeping branches. Its ovate, glossy, dark green leaves turn orange and purplish-red in autumn. Attractive, rather large, creamy white flowers bloom in late spring. True flowers are sterile and form small, round cluster with 4 to 6 large, broad, overlapping bracts. Attractive to birds and butterflies. Dogwood 'Eddie's White Wonder' prefers rich, fertile, acidic or neutral soils, moist but well-drained. It grows best in full sun or light shade. In hot areas, it appreciates an afternoon shade. It is resistant to frost and can withstand winds. Dogwood 'Eddie's White Wonder' is a hybrid between Cornus nuttallii and Cornus florida, bred by Henry M. Eddie from Vancouver, British Columbia in 1945. Its attractive autumn foliage and stunning white flowers make it a perfect specimen plant for small urban or cottage gardens. Suitable for growing in containers.

About Us

During this time, we have developed a large stock of trees, mature evergreen shrubs, conifers, Japanese maples, cedars and olives. What sets us apart from a generic garden center is solid unwavering focus on trees and some bigger shrubs. You will find thousands of trees, hundreds of varieties and lots of experts who are working on the nursery and more than willing to help you to choose a plant for you.

What you will not find is hot tubs, garden furniture and plastic garden gnomes. In a nutshell, trees is what we know and trees is what we do, and only trees (and some shrubs to go with the trees).
