Arundel Arboretum

And just like that Christmas has rolled around! Before we all go off and enjoy some well deserved festive fun, we wanted to let you know when we will be closing for Christmas. Arundel Arboretum will be open until Thursday 23rd December when we will close at 2 pm. The garden centre will then be re-opening again on Tuesday 4th January 2022 at 9 am.

This year you have kept us very busy and we are immensely grateful to all our customers, both new and old, that have supported us through another challenging year.

A huge thank you too, to our great team here at Arundel Arboretum, who have worked tirelessly to ensure that our trees and shrubs always look their best and for offering their expert advice to our visitors. Their wealth of knowledge ensures that everyone goes away fully informed as to how to look after their new purchases.

We’re still open for a few more days, so if you’re looking for a last-minute Christmas gift for the green-fingered person in your life, why not pop down to the garden centre? As one of the leading garden centres in Sussex, we have a superb range of plants for you to choose from. A deciduous or evergreen tree or shrub would make a great gift and you can gift it knowing that it’s good for the environment too! Planting during the colder months is ideal, as this will allow the plants to establish themselves, meaning they will require less maintenance in the spring when the feeding and watering regime will commence. If you’re seeking further advice as to how to care for the new additions to your garden in its first few years, click here.

As always, our excellent team will be on hand to help advise you on the perfect Christmas gift and provide you with all the aftercare knowledge you need.

We look forward to welcoming you to Arundel Arboretum in 2022 and wish you all a very happy Christmas and a safe and healthy 2022. Thank you again for all of your support this year!
