Garden Centres in West Sussex

Being one of the leading, not to mention busiest garden centres in West Sussex, August has been another jam-packed month for us!

What have we been up to?

Throughout August, despite there being a slight supply shortage, we’ve managed to keep a wide selection of great trees and shrubs in stock, continuing our outstanding reputation of being the place to be in Sussex to stock up on your garden essentials.

Our trees and shrubs have bared extremely well during the recent spell of warmer weather; now that the temperature has started to cool slightly, along with the help of a little rain, our stock is looking particularly fresh and vibrant.

Finally, back in Spring, our fruit trees produced some spectacular blossoms; we’re now being rewarded with some exceptional fruit crops, which will be ready for picking in just a few weeks.

How we can help…

If you’re considering adding to your garden, we’ve got an excellent selection of greenery currently in stock. If you’ve got a certain garden vision in mind, why not pop down with some pictures of the area you’re planning on planting, where a member of our team will be on hand to advise on which plants are right for your garden.

Looking to add a pop of colour for the final few months of summer? Consider taking a look at our Hoheria Sexstylosa ‘Snow White’ and Agapanthus, both of which are currently blooming beautifully. Other plants to consider include Hydrangea ‘Pinky Winky’ known for its delicate pink and white blooms. Additionally, Japanese Maples never fail to wow our customers thanks to it’s stunning delicate foliage and rustic autumn hues. Finally, the breath-taking, all-white climbing shrub, Trachelospermum Jasminoides sits wonderfully in any garden space. These also have a beautiful scent, making them ideal to plant near a garden seating area or close to the back door!

If you’re looking for a bit of extra help and inspiration as to how you can inject some more life into your garden, maximising the benefits before the cold weather sets in, pop down to Arundel Arboretum, one of the leading garden centres in West Sussex. Our expert team has a wealth of knowledge and experience and would be more than happy to assist you with your purchase and answer any queries you may have!

We look forward to seeing you soon!

We remain fully COVID-19 secure with our existing measures continuing to stay in place.
